Eduardo Gomez

Originally from San Jose, Eduardo is a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker. He is now living and working in the Santa Teresa area full time. Eduardo holds a law degree from the Universidad Fidelitas and has practiced for over twelve years. Throughout his years, he has accrued a wealth of knowledge through working in the legal department of Costa Rica’s financial institution, Banco de Costa Rica, focusing on mortgage and development financing. His extensive experience with loan contracts and deed transfers makes him a key asset in any financing negotiation. This, along with his exceptional communications skills and client-first mindset, makes him a crucial ally in any deal.

Outside of legal, financial, and real estate matters, Eduardo enjoys living an active lifestyle that includes mountain biking and running. He also has a passion for playing soccer and is always up for a match against peers or players within surrounding communities.
