Noelia Morales

Noelia is a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker Sunset Reef Realty. She was born in Alajuela and moved to Santa Teresa in April 2019. It was a wonderful change for her since she absolutely loves nature and being near the beach. Throughout her years spent in the peninsula, she had developed a deeper connection for the environment and enjoys sharing that appreciation for this area with others. Noelia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marking from the Universidad Latina de Heredia. She plans on applying her education and expertise in various ways within the real estate industry, her clients, and Coldwell Banker Sunset Reef Realty directly.

Noelia has a broad spectrum of experience in customer service, hotel concierge for prestigious hotels, as well as working as a teacher’s assistant at a private school. She has also worked as a Project Manager of Digital Accounts for an Advertising Agency. In Addition to working as an agent for Coldwell Banker Sunset Reef Realty, she is currently the Communications and Admissions General Manager for a private school in Cobano. Noelia cherishes being a  part of this community. She is elated to be working as a real estate agent and assisting others in finding their new home in Costa Rica so they too can relish in many beautiful facets the peninsula of Nicoya has to celebrate.
