As soon as you pull into the driveway of this lovely home you know that you have arrived someplace very special as your eyes take in the lush rainforest covered mountains, the beautiful tropical landscaping and serene views of the Pacific Ocean. The living areas of the home are on the second floor to take advantage of the views and cooling breezes. The design is open, light and airy with tasteful furnishings and high ceilings. The newly remodeled kitchen takes center stage with porcelain counters, white washed teak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and counter seating where your guests can join you in the food preparation and fun. The covered porch reaches across the front of the home and is your private vantage point to view the three types of monkeys who cross in the jungle canopy in front of your property; as well as, toucans, sloths and parrots.
The infinity edge pool is just steps from the house and is paired with a large, covered rancho and barbeque area. During the rainy season, there’s a small waterfall that tumbles down the mountain close to the pool.
In front of the home there is a large area where two additional bedrooms could be constructed; as well as, a trail that winds through the jungle and ends at the river with cascades and pools for a refreshing dip. You are surrounded by nature.
