Beautiful house surrounded by gardens located in a private residential area.
The house is on two floors so you get a beautiful view of the city and the mountains.
It has a very spacious and cozy social area with a ranch for events fully equipped with a refrigerator, grill and oven and a heated pool with lighting and a jacuzzi, as well as a beautiful waterfall that makes the stay in the pool very relaxing, a beautiful green area where We found a terrace set to rest.
On the first floor is the spacious dining room in open design with the kitchen with modern furniture, good storage capacity and pantry.
Then there is the living room, a very cozy place with a functional fireplace.
In the private part we have four bedrooms, one of them with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, apart from a full bathroom for the remaining three bedrooms that have a spacious closet.
On this same floor we find a beautiful room completely remodeled to create the style of a cinema, with large spaces and an exit to the terrace.
At the back of the house is the indoor garage where you can park up to four vehicles and then outdoors there is space for up to six more cars.
On the second floor we find a beautiful and spacious terrace with views of the cities of Heredia and San José, as well as the beautiful mountains.
There is a small multipurpose room and a room with a closet, a full bathroom and the very good-sized master bedroom with its independent balcony with beautiful views, large walk-in closet and bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower as well as double sinks.
The bathrooms, kitchen and other areas of the house have been recently remodeled so they show modern styles, the construction is in cement, roofs with conventional tiles.
It is delivered empty but is also sold furnished at a negotiable price.
The residential area is very quiet, however the house has excellent security systems.
