The Point stands out as a place to enjoy a full panorama of valley/mountain/river views. The main building site is a spacious area where you could build a gorgeous home with splendid views from every room, and a cantilevered deck right over space. It's breathtaking.
With 6 acres, much of it cleared and usable, you could also build a guest cottage or two, plant an orchard or organic garden, or even keep a few small animals. The flexibility of the land makes it a best buy in this area.
Access is up the Lagunas road, one of the better maintained roads in the area. The property is just 15 minutes from Dominical, making trips to the beach or stores easy, but keeping it in a world of its own. You will spend hours watching the interplay of the clouds, mists, rains, birds and animals. At 900 feet asl it catches every breeze in the area, whether off the ocean or the mountains.
The Lagunas neighborhood is full of interesting people and a sense of true community, from the friends who walk together in the mornings to the overflowing Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.
